Intuitive counselor, coach, author, educator, and healing practitioner, is a pioneer in the fields of Energy Psychology and Energy Medicine. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology-Marriage Family Therapy, Doctorates in Divinity and Metaphysics, is an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Practitioner in the modalities of EFT, EmoTrance, The Emotion Code, and The Body Code representing decades and thousands of hours of training and experience. Kathleen uses traditional as well as state of the art complementary alternative therapies in the practice of psychotherapy, intuitive counseling/coaching, and healing with adults and children of all ages, couples, and groups. She is also an award-winning author with international acclaim. She maintains a successful holistic healing practice in San Diego since 1983 using traditional as well as state of the art complementary therapies in her practice of psychotherapy, intuitive counseling, energy therapies, coaching, hypnotherapy, and consulting dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and groups around the globe accomplish priceless life-changing results.
Kathleen has used Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other Energy Medicine healing modalities with thousands of people since experiencing her own amazing health and trauma healings with these tools. She has personally worked and trained with EFT founder, Gary Craig, since 1997 in the development of advanced practitioner trainings, films, and workshops.
Kathleen also studied and trained directly with the founders Be Set Free Fast-BSFF (Dr. Larry Nims), Tapas Acupressure Technique-TAT (Tapas Fleming), Emotional Self Management-ESM (Drs. George Pratt & Peter Lambrou), Energy Medicine (Donna Eden and Dr. David Feinstein), The Emotion Code and The Body Code (Dr. Bradley Nelson). She has facilitated and taught these meridian therapies to thousands of people, including many holistic practitioners, teachers, and therapists.
She is author of the award winning book, “A Guidebook to Energy Therapies for Counselors,” which has been purchased and praised by doctors, psychotherapists, educators, coaches, ministers, and lay persons in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Kathleen has been called the “Instant Results Therapist,” because she uses safe and accelerated techniques to often gain instant and permanent results. She is devoted to assisting others achieve higher quality, healthier, happier lives, and empowering relationships as they reconnect with their true authentic selves.
