Thank you for visiting my website and your interest in the counseling and healing work we can do together wherever you are in the world (in person or by phone). We can work on virtually anything of an emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, or energetic nature. This work is amazingly effective in dealing with emotional and physical issues and getting to the root and heart of the matter.
My counseling and healing work is very intuitive, so it will unfold addressing specific needs in ways that are for your greatest good. I will also teach you some very helpful self-management energy tools that can be quickly used on any problem (a folder of several reference handouts will be provided). Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) “tapping”, The Emotion Code, The Body Code, Energy Medicine, and EmoTrance along with the related therapeutic work I offer are the most effective ways I have seen to treat just about any problem and gain unprecedented clarity, awareness, insight, healing, miracles, accelerated and often permanent results. It will be helpful to do EFT “tapping”, The Emotion Code, as well as related Energy Psychology methods and give you some advanced application and techniques that should have lasting results. Remember, we are able to address just about anything of an emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, or energetic nature.

Just to give you a little more background information on myself, I have been in my holistic healing and therapy practice since 1983 and practicing EFT “Tapping” and several other Energy Psychology Therapies since 1997, having trained directly with EFT Founder, Gary Craig and several other founders of various Energy Therapies. I also do Energy Medicine, The Emotion Code, The Body Code, EmoTrance, Emotional Self Management, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Intuitive Counseling and Life Coaching, and have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Marriage Family Therapy with extensive clinical therapy experience. I assisted EFT founder, Gary Craig, at many of his Mastering EFT workshops for Chronic and Terminal Diseases (amazing successes!), and have also worked with him in the actual content development for his practitioner trainings. I was a consultant to Elizabeth Hospice and other organizations in bringing EFT and complementary therapies to their staff, clients, and patients. I have taught/utilized EFT, Hypnosis, and related therapies with thousands of men and women military veterans, as well as clients from all walks of life in my private practice. Many were suffering with addictions, PTSD, sleep disorders, emotional and physical disorders/traumas of all kinds with great success. I taught Creative Recovery at Veterans’ Village of San Diego, a large residential recovery treatment center for eight years with unparalleled results. I also lead several EFT Level 1, 2, and 3 trainings and specialty EFT and Energy Medicine workshops. It has been so rewarding to have life-changing results with thousands of individuals, even the most challenging of physical and emotional conditions. It even works on skeptics!:-) My clients benefit from my extensive traditional and non-traditional training and experience.
Many of the extraordinary people I am blessed to work with just desire to be healthier, less stressed in mind and body and in their relationships, reconnect with their truest selves, and improve the quality of their lives. We accomplish that and so much more! I work with children and adults of all ages. I have even had amazing results applying EFT and The Emotion Code to my clients’ pets, including birds, cats, dogs, and horses! We can do this healing work with your animal long distance or in person.
If you decide to work with me, I will provide you a unique “Personal History Questionnaire,” for you to complete. It is very helpful for me to review prior to our first meeting and can be emailed back as an attachment or faxed upon completion. It will give us both a lot of insights and greatly facilitate and accelerate our work together. It is optional, however, and you can elect not to complete it, partially complete it, or discuss any of the answers verbally as you prefer. Most of my clients find it an enlightening and helpful process.
I charge $120 for a one hour session, $175 for 1-1/2 hours; and $230 for 2 hours either in my office or phone, much less than some of my peers, and the health and healing practitioners, psychotherapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists who actually come to me for my services. They often verbalize their amazement at how much we accomplish each session compared to conventional therapeutic methods. Please be advised that I do not take insurance. Although, most clients who have a Flex Plan with their employer can submit my statements for reimbursement. Clients can pay by cash (in person) or check following the session (by mail if it is a phone session), or credit card. It is good to set aside extra time for the first session, if possible, at least 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I can provide longer or shorter sessions if desired.
Duration of treatment is different for everyone. However, we will accomplish a lot in each session. The work I do is intended to be holistically accelerated and save you significant time and money over traditional therapies.
If you are in the San Diego area, my office is centrally located in the TDC Buidling (ample parking), 3940 Hancock Street, Suite 201, San Diego, 92110 just west of the Sports Arena. Directions will be provided. I also do phone sessions with clients who prefer or are long distance all over America and the world . We are working with energy and intention, so long distance sessions have as much amazing focus and effectiveness as in person.
